Method & Madness Gin

Sprung from the minds of masters and apprentices, method and madness pays heed to tradition, while searching for unordinary. After endless exploration and small batch distillations in the micro distillery, Midleton, 16 eclectic botanicals, including black lemon < Irish gorse flower, came together to form a gin filled with clean character and a hint of chaos. Juniper berries, sweet < bitter orange peel, black lemon, lemon peel < lemon verbena, coriander, cardamom < caraway seeds, ginger, nutmeg, cassia bark, lavender, basil < bay leaves and Irish gorse flower.
