Bombay Pantry Chick Tikka Masala

At Bombay Pantry, were committed to making sure that this is The Best Chicken Tikka youve ever tasted. Oh really, how so you ask. We travelled all the way to India to source the finest garam masala and spices for this dish. We never ever take shortcuts - this beautifully rich sauce was thickened with time, not flour, so no gluten ingredients feature in our recipes. Our dedicated Indian chefs cooked this Tikka Masala in layered stages over a 4 hour period using traditional cooking methods. Thats some serious stirring. Sure we make a lot of work for ourselves but its worth it when you taste the difference in every mouthful.
