We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Our yoghurt contains calcium which contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes and live bacteria, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. The live yoghurt cultures in our yoghurt improve the digestion of lactose in yoghurt in individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose.
