Try these simple exercises to get you started: Squat Press Stand with your heels grounded, lower into a squat position, then jump, throwing the ball as high as you can (make sure it does not hit you on its way down!) Circle Squat Stand and hold the ball at your right hip. Move the ball in a circle above 3 your head to the left and step out with your left leg into a squat position. Circle the ball back to your right and move your left foot back in. Repeat 10 times, then switch direction.
