Schalk and Louis played professional rugby for Ulster and quickly realised that they would like to share the delicious fl avors of South Africa. Bringing that authentic taste, with an Irish fl air. This is also where their name and motto came from. We felt Hellbent on doing our heritage proud, bringing the best quality to every table and not cutting any corners. We feel passionately about supporting local and using local produce and felt the motto: Great things happen when cultures collide, along with our name, perfectly encapsulates all we stand for.
