Black Friday 2026: a look back at recorded offers since 2017
Date of Black Friday 2026: Friday, 27 November 2026. Cyber Monday: Monday, 30 November 2026. Since 2017 we have recorded 8,494 offers in the Black Friday window of 8 years. In the 2024 window, 3 retailers published offers that we recorded.
All figures are based on published offer prices from leaflets and retailer websites, not on shelf prices. They say nothing about how this year's offers will turn out.
The Black Friday window in past years
How we count: the Black Friday window is the period from the Sunday before Black Friday week to Cyber Monday. On Sunday we record the leaflets of the new week, so the window starts there. That is 9 days. We compare it with all other recorded offers of the same year.

A dash means the value does not meet our minimum rules (at least 30 offers, at least 3 retailers, no retailer with more than 80% of the offers). We then show no number.
The difference is the median discount in the window minus the median discount of the other days of the same year. The discount is the gap between the original price (the crossed-out price) and the offer price, as the retailer stated it. The share with an original price also depends on what the source showed in that year. It does not say how often a retailer cut prices.
Retailers with offers in the 2024 window
These 3 retailers published at least 5 offers that we recorded in the 2024 window. The list is in alphabetical order and is not a ranking.
Current offers in the Black Friday window 2026
Retailers usually publish their offers shortly before. This list fills automatically as soon as offers for the days from 23 November 2026 to 30 November 2026 have been recorded.
How to use price history and price alerts
- Look at the price history: on the page of a product OffersCheck shows the prices we recorded for it over time. That shows how an offer compares with earlier offers. There is an overview at Price history.
- Check the original price: the crossed-out price is the retailer's own statement. Compare it with the recorded price history.
- Compare retailers: if OffersCheck recorded the same product at several retailers, the product page shows the prices side by side.
- Read the validity: every offer shows the period the retailer states. An estimated end is marked as an estimate.
Data basis and method
The figures come from the OffersCheck archive: offer prices that retailers published in leaflets and on their websites, as far as we recorded them. Visible offers are counted. An offer belongs to the year in which we recorded it.
They are not shelf prices, not sales figures and not a measure of price development. Nothing follows from the figures of past years for the coming Black Friday.
The window of 2026 is the days from 22 November 2026 to 30 November 2026: we count the offers we recorded on these days. For the list above the validity period of the offers counts, here the days from 23 November 2026 to 30 November 2026.
A value appears only when it rests on at least 30 offers from at least 3 retailers and no retailer provides more than 80% of them. Discounts below 1% and above 90% count as outliers and are left out of the median discount (0 offers in the windows). The number of offers and retailers is a plain count.
A retailer is counted and listed when we recorded at least 5 offers of it in the window.
An unchanged offer is not stored again every week. The figures therefore count recorded entries, not selling days and not units sold. The retailers we record change from year to year: a difference between two years is no evidence of a development of retailer prices.
