Knockanore FARMHOUSE CHEESE - Co. Waterford Produced by the Lonergan Family on their family farm at Ballyneety, Knockanore, Co. Waterford, have been making award winning unpasteurised Cows milk farmhouse cheddar since 1987. Eamonn and family produce their cheeses from their own milk from their Freisian dairy herd on the family farm. Today, Eamonn and family along with a dedicated team from the local community are involved in the production and maturing of the extensive Cheese ranges on Knockanore Farm.
