Dunns of Dublin have been smoking salmon since 1822. Although times have changed our recipe has not. We use the finest quality fresh salmon reared in the fast flowing waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Each fillet is hand salted and smoked over the finest quality oak chips. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before use. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
