Signature Taste Microgreens Italian Mix

A delicious mix of sunflower shoots < pea shoots blended with peppery salad rocket < spicy garlic chives. These microgreens are pesticide and herbicide free and the growing cycle uses up to 70% less water than conventional farming. They are grown in a soil-free environment which reduces the strain on our land based resources. This means you get great tasting microgreens with fewer effects on the environment. It takes generations of growing expertise to make the best use of new technology. Microgreens are young plants, typically 2-3 weeks old and just past their sprouting stage. Microgreens add colour, texture and flavour to every meal. The concentrated flavour adds a powerful kick to your favourite dishes.
