Butter Shortbread Flakemeal Biscuits Woodwin Catering Ltd was formed by Harold and Daphne Irwin in 1983. They acquired Holmes Bakery in 2009 although Holmes Bakery was established in 1937. They continue to own and manage the business today, along with their daughter Gillian. The company manufactures and sells bakery products under the Holmes Bakery brand to several retail outlet across the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain and further afield. They manufacture the goods from a purpose-built site in Craigavon, Co Armagh. They have been handcrafting award winning bakeryproducts using the very best ingredients and traditional methods
